How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment through our online booking system by clicking the “Book Now” button at the top of this page. You can also email directly to “anthonym@porradamassage.com.au”. Bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance.

Where do you offer service?

Porrada Sports Massage has a clinic in Vasse and provides mobile massage services everywhere within a 30-minute drive radius of Busselton, WA, including Capel and Dunsborough. Please confirm your location when booking.

What do I need to prepare for a Mobile appointment?

The therapist will bring everything required for the session, including a massage table, towels, oils/lotions, and music. We ask that a relatively quiet space is made available for the therapist to set up and work comfortably (the living room is usually most appropriate). Please make arrangements for any children or pets to not interrupt during the session.

Do I have to be undressed?

We strictly adhere to professional draping protocols. For most sports and remedial treatments no disrobing is required. For a full body relaxation massage, the therapist will step outside the room while you disrobe to your comfort level and get on to the massage table with a sheet covering the body from the neck down (underwear remains on at all times). Only the areas being worked on with be uncovered.

How do I make payments?

Payments must be made before the start of the session. They can be make by EFTPOS when booking, bank transfer, PayID, or with cash at the time of the appointment before the session starts. Details will be provided by an appointment confirmation email.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. This policy is to respect the therapists’ time and commitment.

Can you do Dry needling or cupping?

Currently, our services focus exclusively on soft tissue manual therapies, including Remedial Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, and Relaxation techniques. We do not currently offer specialised modalities such as Dry Needling or Cupping at this time, but may do in the near future.

Can I use my Health Fund rebate?

We do not currently offer health fund rebates or HICAPS at this time.
